WHO WE ARE
Get in touch4 years ago, Missouri native Chef Heather McNew moved to Joplin from Colorado to help care for family. After some short restaurant stints, she decided it was time to look outside of the restaurant business while still putting food on plates! With the help of her partner, Chef Troy Brown(who is also the manager of Downtown Burgers), Sprout and Spoon is here (and here to stay!) to keep healthy food in your fridges and your bellies!
